These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of bas8.app ("Platform") and all its services. The Platform is operated by bas8 Gaming Limited ("Company"). By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms in full.

• Please notify bas8 immediately if any of your account details change.
• Accounts may not be opened in the name of a corporate or business entity.

You must be at least 18 years old to use bas8. Minors are strictly prohibited from accessing this platform. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

• A national ID card, passport, or birth registration certificate may be requested for age verification.
• If a minor's account is identified, all account balances will be forfeited.
• If you become aware that a minor is using your account, notify bas8 immediately.

To deposit funds at bas8, you must use one of the approved payment methods listed on the platform. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

• Always use the correct reference number when making a deposit — bas8 will not be responsible for any delays caused by an incorrect reference.
• Depositing funds from suspicious or unlawful sources is strictly prohibited.
• Bas8 reserves the right to decline any deposit.
• If your deposit is not confirmed within the expected timeframe, please contact customer support.

Your account must be fully verified (KYC) before you can withdraw winnings. Withdrawals will only be sent to the same payment method used for the deposit.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 500.
• Funds are typically sent to verified accounts within 3–30 minutes.
• All active bonus wagering requirements must be met before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Additional verification may be required for large withdrawals as part of our anti-money laundering measures.
• Bas8 reserves the right to hold or cancel withdrawals when necessary.

• Accepting a bonus automatically applies the associated wagering requirements.
• The required rollover must be completed before withdrawing funds from a bonus balance.

• Bonuses have a set expiry period — any bonus balance remaining after the expiry date will be cancelled.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, all bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited.

• Bas8 has the final say on the acceptance and cancellation of bets.
• Bas8 reserves the right to void any bets affected by abnormal outcomes caused by technical errors.
• In live betting, any bet that fails to go through due to an internet connection issue will not be considered valid.
• In Sports Betting, official results are final.
• Lottery results are determined entirely by a Random Number Generator (RNG).

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bas8 platform. Violations will result in immediate account closure and all balances may be forfeited.

• Playing games using automated bots, scripts, or software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other form of financial fraud.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Operating an account using a false identity or fraudulent information.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems.
• Accessing the platform from restricted regions via VPN or proxy.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusive behavior toward other members.

Bas8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without cause. The following are common reasons for account closure.

• If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is violated.
• Failure to provide the required documents for KYC verification.
• Account inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.

Bas8 believes gaming is purely for entertainment. We actively support our members in building healthy, controlled gaming habits.

• You can set your own deposit limits, betting limits, and session time limits.
• You may temporarily self-exclude or permanently close your access to the platform at any time.
